Something fun for tomorrow and a new Fabric Club

Hi Everyone,

I am so excited that we will have a guest contributor tomorrow. If you have been around the blogging community for any time at all you have probably seen our guest around Mary on Lake Pulaski is a pattern tester extraordinaire and her designs are so much fun. A few years ago she made this adorable pillow for the Pillow Talk Swap  and it has to have been one of the most popular in the swap. She is bringing us a super tutorial tomorrow for Friday Fun Day.

So don't forget to stop by tomorrow for the tutorial.

Our new fabric club is starting soon. Alison Glass previewed her new modern basics called Sun Prints at Market. Here is a picture:

They are coming from Andover. They are supposed to start shipping in July they are shipping each print one month apart starting with the Feathers in July. Andover is usually about a month late with their shipping. So we are going to start the club in August. With the club you will receive nine prints in the rainbow of colors in either Fat Quarters or Half Yards. Each month (or as soon as Andover ships them) you will get the next print in the collection. August is Feathers, September is Text, October is Party Streamers, November is Corsage, December is Bike Path, and January is x & +.

Yep, I am at Market...

Hi Everyone,

I hope you have been keeping up with my adventures on Instagram and facebook. There isn't as much on facebook as instagram. The hard thing is that the connection for my phone at the convention center is not so great so sometimes the uploads fail... I showed a preview of Lotta Jansdotters new collection coming next February (I know) on Facebook last night.

Market and Another Giveaway

I am off tomorrow to Quilt Market. Now that I have the iPhone I will be able to keep you all updated so much easier. Field Trip and a Giveaway...

Hi Everyone,

Today we are going to take a little field trip to see one of my favorite people in the Universe. I wish that I could really see her because I am going to miss her at Market. She just moved into a new home so it is probably keeping her busy as a bee.... I am speaking of Mistress Hoey aka Aneela. I love her fabric designs and she is just the nicest lady you ever want to meet.

She is giving me that look... (by the way if you don't have her book, it makes even me want to do hand work and that is saying something).
